HUT Migration PS4 to PS5

Platform:PlayStation 5
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Won’t let me transfer PS4 to ps5
What happens when the bug occurs? No option to transfer data
What do you expect to see? I expect to transfer my PS4 hut data to ps5
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

I have tried messaging EA for help regarding this and was told to make a post…. 

I bought the PS4/PS5 edition of NHL 22… I played HUT on my PS4 for the last several weeks. I’ve spent money and bought packs. 

2 weeks ago, I finally got a PS5. I went to play NHL on my PS5. I was logged into the same PlayStation account and went into HUT and it had my team name from my PS4 version. I created a team, which at the time I believed would be all my data from PS4 - but it wasn’t… 

I went online and learned a migration was coming if you hadn’t created a team. I immediately got ahold of EA and was told to wait for details because they knew nothing… 

today the migration is available - I understand one of the terms is that if you’ve created a team you can’t carry forward PS4 to PS5.

what I don’t understand is why there wouldn’t have been a disclaimer on the PS5 edition prior to creating a team. EA clearly knew this was going to be a condition as I learned it right after discovering my data didn’t transfer.

I haven’t played a single hut game on my PS5 version because I’ve been waiting for this migration

now I’ve spent money on packs on PS4 and have a team that can’t be brought to PS5. I don’t see how it’s fair that EA won’t allow transfer of 20 cards in these instances.

I shouldn’t have to play the PS4 version on my PS5 when I paid for both versions. And I shouldn’t have to start over on the PS5 

I’ve spent time messaging with two people from EA and they’ve done absolutely nothing for me and have told me to post this here - I don’t know what I expect but I feel this is something EA should rectify
