HUT Player Card/Auction House Cheated Me
Product: NHL 20
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not entirely sure to be honest, I'm not very tech savvy when it comes to finding a bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? Early yesterday morning, I was on NHL 20 HUT and was attempting to buy a Brent Burns PrimeTime 97 OVR card. I was super excited because Brent Burns is my favorite NHL player of all time (my dogs name is even "Burnz" named after him) and I had been saving up for quite a bit of time to attempt to buy this card. As the auction ended, I won it but when I went back to my home screen to insert the player card into my lineup, the card was no where to be found (and I still have not received it). I went back to the auction house to try to figure out what had happened and the auction for the card I won had suddenly displayed that the auction was over, but the final bid was "0 coins" which isn't possible or what happened. When I went back to the auction house looking for another Brent Burns Prime Time 97 OVR card about 10-15 minutes later, the SAME EXACT Brent Burns Prime Time 97 OVR card was being sold by the SAME EXACT seller so I really got cheated somehow through HUT and now I'm frustrated. I have played and purchased EA Sports games for nearly 20 years, and have played hundreds and hundreds of hours of the NHL series since the 2016 edition (I haven't bought a single other game besides the new edition of the NHL each year since I bought the 2016 edition) and have never had an issue with any EA Sports game, so I figured this would be a quick fix by your support staff because EA Sports is a great company. However, the first EA advisor I talked to kept pointing towards me being a liar even though I was submitting photographic evidence of what occurred, and then proceeded to simply end our conversation without responding which now has me even more upset about the situation because of the fact that I'm a long time, loyal customer that has spent hundreds of hours and dollars on EASports games but was treated very disrespectfully. When I talked to the next advisor, he told me my card should appear within 24 hours and if it hasn't to contact you guys. It's been 24 hours and my card never showed up
What do you expect to see? Given the event that occurred on the NHL HUT 20 game I feel like I was really cheated out on an opportunity to purchase a really good player card for my favorite player for a really good deal; a player card that I had been saving up for, and worked hard to earn coins through a large amount of time spent playing NHL HUT, spending the extra money to purchase the deluxe version to help my HUT team, and purchasing packs that helped me make a better team to earn more coins and make a better team from assets gained in the packs as well as selling players/items gained in the HUT packs that I purchased. This was followed by my initial encounter with the first EA Advisor that treated me disrespectfully which made me even more frustrated and again, felt like I was done wrong by EA Sports which hurt even more due to my history of nearly 20 years playing EA Sports games and spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on games, add-ons, etc. Several times, this advisor alluded to calling me a liar and saying what I said wasn't true even though I was submitting photographic evidence. Also, she told me she could see on her end what had happened causing this situation (which what she said wasn't true so I'm not sure why I was lied to) and I have since spent hours talking to two different advisors, neither who have corroborated her story of what happened or even mentioned the possibility of anything near the explanation I was given; I was lied to. When I began this case for help, I really thought it was going to be an easy fix; I thought I would be told what to do if there was some sort of glitch causing me to not receive the card I should have, or that the EA Sports team would have found a way to add the card to my collection/item inbox if it wasn't fixable on my end. I have now spent 6+ hours over two days trying to resolve this issue on my own and with EA Sports advisors as well as an encounter with an EA advisor that left me feeling disrespected so I just desperately want this issue resolved and I want to ensure that no other HUT players have to go through this experience either. I'm hoping EA Sports staff will do the right thing and deliver the 97OVR San Jose Sharks Brent Burns PrimeTime that I was cheated out of getting to my collection/item inbox (if EA staff even want to make the card untradeable if they don't want me to be able to move the card in the future, that's completely fine, I just want my favorite players card that I deserved but it was somehow never delivered) and we can move on from this situation and I can get back to enjoying my favorite game, NHL 20 hockey ultimate team rather than spending all of my time trying to contact EA Sports staff and resolve this issue; I feel like each staff member I have talked to has pointed me into a circle and is making this a really long process. I also hope that whatever happened to me is caught and fixed so other players don't experience this in the future.

I'd suggest you contact @EAHelp through Twitter. Unfortunately, it's not something we can help with on Answers HQ.
