A couple of days ago I sent my HUT Live Joe Pavelski to my trade pile. When I went to the pile he was not there. I checked to see if he was in my watch list, collection, or if I quick sold him by accident. He was just gone. I decided to let that slide but today it happened again but on a bigger scale. I put my regular Kopitar up for 30k and I got a trade offer when the card had 30 secs left. A person sent me an offer of Krejci, Eric Staal, and Spezza and 1k pucks for my Kopitar. I accepted it. Then I sent all of the cards to my collection. I went to my collection and none of the cards were there. I have checked all of the places the cards could be and they are nowhere. So I have now lost HUT Live Pavelski, Krejci, E. Staal, and Spezza. Not to mention that my Kopitar was basically given away for nothing. It is not fair that this has happened to me now twice. If you guys could do anything to help me out that would be great. Thanks.

When I buy a pack, the cards show counted for when I look at trade pile using L2 R2, but I cannot find them anywhere. Please fix this and give me mt GD cards back.

LEGIT 5 MINUTES AGO SAME THING HAPPEND WITH MY MATT DUCHENE, MY TRADE PILE READS 24 PLAYERS AND HAS ONLY 20 IN IT DO SOMETHING EA I'M A VALUED CUSTOMER I'M LOSING MY COOL HERE.

Thi shappened to me back in December.
I lost both Staals and Semin. Then 3 weeks later it happened to Chiasson (only 400 puck player)
Funny thing is i can see them in the NHL App on my iphone but when i try to put them up for auction it signs me out.
I got a couple of quick emails at the start for mor info. Then nothing till last week to tell me my case has progressed ! Yeah and Xmas is coming too !

So I downloaded the Nhl1 4 Companion app on Iphone and Yes I can see the players in the App it turns out I'm missing another player phil kessel!
