I lost my coins after bidding in HUT

Product: NHL 20
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By checking my transaction list on May 4th
What happens when the bug occurs? I bid in a same time: Joe Pavelski (winter classic) Max Pacioretty (prime time) Esa Lindell (winter classic) Jay Bouwmeester (flashback) and Jonathan Huberdeau (all star). I won only Jay Bouwmeester (flashback) and I lost other auctions. All players are in section unsuccessful bids (even Bouwmeester who is both in unsuccessful bids and bids won) After that my money didn't return to my account.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my money for the lost auctions on my account.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

  • I contacted them twice and they told me to write a topic here. I'm still waiting for the solution because I don't get my coins back.

    I see you spoke with a live support advisor and they asked you to wait. If 24 hours have passed and the coins are still missing, try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter. They will investigate this for you.

  • Yes, 24 h have passed and yesterday as you suggested earlier I contacted @EAHelp through Twitter and they told me that they didn't see my auctions and it probably stuck "in limbo". They also told me to create a topic here because it will help to investigate it.

    This isn't something we can fix for you. It requires accessing your account and that's not something we can do through Answers HQ. Only an advisor can do that. I hate to send you back to them, but that's all I can suggest.
