NHL 21 ps4 hut fail to retrieve data error code

Lol well there goes my optimism.  

Clearly I should have just waited for NHL 21 with the common folk rather than trying to beat everyone to the punch and spending more to pre order! lol

Same issue here.  I can play Rush and it uses the team name I chose but if I try and go into HUT I get the error code. Extremely frustrating. When will it get fixed?

Worked for me this morning.  

I got in this morning but can't see any cards lol. Reinstall again bahhhhhhh

Hello, everyone. We're seeing some reports that this is now working. If it isn't, the best I can recommend is to delete everything NHL 21 related off your console. Then, open a web browser and go to your console's online store. Initiate the download there and make sure it plus the update are 100% installed. Next, power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console, start it up and load into NHL. Let me know what happens.

Same error code exists in NOVEMBER just trying to go online.  Not HUT...CHEL
