problem with playing

Dear EA I've been playing NHL since 96, the last 5 years on PS4.After the last addition of the servar to Germany, the game is not playable.Previously, I won 5 of the 10 games now with luck 1.My player with overall 90+ and skate 95+ the player runs around with overall 82 and skate 85.My players are late, slow and I don't know what to do about it.I have internet 500/30, static address, I only use internet on ps4,wired connection.10MB / 700kbs internet player beats me.Everyone who is in near  server is preferred.Come to me and try to play hockey.Please let the server run in slovakia,I'll pay for it.If you do nothing about this, this game is unnecessary for me.I have the same in Fifa and Madden NFL.I won't buy more games and ruin my health anymore.To put 7 out of 10 shots is unrealistic.I get an average of 2 inkfarts for each game.The player misses the empty goal,or shot late and the goalkeeper catches it.

    Hi there, @kildave1984.

    If you're experiencing lag in all our games, we should go through some connection troubleshooting. Has it been a while since you power cycled your equipment? If so, try doing it now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    Every night when I go to sleep I shut down all the equipment.In other games I have no problem even in Battlefield 1 and 5 i not have problem.

    My problem is only in sports games.My computer-controlled player does not go as an opponent, standing and not responding to a puck or ball.I have gaming monitor Asus Rog Strix i not have input lag.I tested over UO tracer and i dont lose packet,latency is 40ms in game i have 27 ms latency.I play with my oponent from Czech Republic or Germany he has 25 latency and my players are how [content removed]

    Are you playing on a wired or wireless connection? Also, can you get me a screenshot of your UO Trace?

    Your test is showing very high ping times. Especially to your router. Was this test run on a wireless connection? If so, please run it again on a wired connection so it matches the wired connection you play on.

    This test run on a wired connection.I not have router,i have only modem.

    @kildave1984 

    Which domain/IP are you using in that test? If you're following the instructions and using easo.ea.com, it's odd that those servers aren't returning a ping. Also, 37ms is very high to your modem/router. That should be well under 10ms. 

    You do have a router. It's built into your modem. Those units aren't the best for gaming. I had problems with a couple of them before I replaced it with a separate modem and router. That was a bit of an investment but paid off as you don't have to pay to lease the equipment from your ISP. It's just another option if you'd like to get the most out of your connection.

    You said you shut down your equipment but did you actually unplug it all for a couple minutes? If not, please try that.
