It would probably be worth it to create an account for this as they typically have a faster response time, but you're also welcome to open a case with live support here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/.
so you are saying that the respond time when you send in a ticket for something like this should be a week or more and that is ok. When you also say it is a quick fix? I dont want to create a twitteraccount to get in help with technical support at EA when im using the RIGHT WAY of doing this. Im using EA😕 help site, im creating a case with my problem the right way, but you tell me to create a twitter account to get this done faster? What is next step to get things solved? To get snapchat when there is more bugs, to get instagram to report players, to get tinder to get in contact with certain people? Come on, if there is some serious behand the keybord can that person make things happen???

Right now our support channels are pretty limited due to self-distancing requirements. You're more than welcome to open another case with live support, but they are quite bogged down at the moment so response times can be faster than using Twitter. If you create a Twitter account and send a DM to @EAHelp and then private message me your Twitter handle, I'll contact an EA Help advisor and ask them to take care of this.
[Twitter handle removed - CM] has now contacted ea help through twitter. so can we get an eta of solving the problem?

Please do not post your Twitter handle here. That should be DM'd to me. I did send it on to the EA Help team and they don't see a message from you. Are you sure you DM'd @EAHelp? I'm about to leave for the day so if they don't answer you tonight, I'll contact them again in the morning.
