Just to clarify about the Call Back - did you contact us via https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask?
If you followed these steps:
1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask and log in with your Origin name and password.
2. Where it says: ’What Can We Help you With’, type in ‘NHL 2014’
3. Click Find Solutions
4. Select "Billing/Purchasing" from the drop-down list and also select your platform from the list.5. Click: Find Solutions
6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"
The Window Will Open...
You’ll now see the available contact options, depending on your geographical location and the time of day. For US customers, Call Back or Live Chat are the best options. If you select Call Back you enter your name and phone number there and a game advisor calls you back at home.Reading your post, Simonsays021, it appears you actually called in directly. Is that the case?

then no, we here at AHQ do not make Call Back contacts. We are a game players' interaction forum here, not any official EA support. We try to help one another with Self-Help suggestions.
EA Help Center is a separate website. They can be contacted via Live Chat and Telephone, not us.
Does that help?

Not all tgis other stuff you are now adding to it. This is all just a big pain it shouldn't be this hard to talk to a freaking human THIS IS STUPID
The answering machine tells you to go to help.ea.com ?
You are now at ANSWERS.ea.com
Just saying........
I would say if you are not smart enough to follow simple instructions as stated in the message you received then you have no one but yourself to be upset with. As stated, this site is not help.ea.com. EA no longer has direct dial capability. Just to make it easier on you I will post the steps yet again for you. Read them a couple of times if you need to.
Here's a guide to contacting support:
If you click on the following link you will be taken directly to the help contact page: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask
Sign in with your Origin username and Password (Click on Login in the top right hand corner), and follow the guide to ask your question. If your issue cannot be solved from our FAQ list, you’ll then be prompted for ‘Product’ (enter the game you are having issues with) and then for ‘Category’ (select the category that best fits your issue), you can then select 'I still need help' and depending on the time of day and your geographical location, you'll be prompted either to send an email, initiate a live chat with a game advisor or given a number to call.
Please include as much detail as possible, so they are able to answer you straightaway.
Hope this helps.- igoblin11 years agoNew Rookie
Oh yeah? Mind helping with this?
http://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/My-account-was-definitely-hacked-and-EA-help-doesn-t-exist/m-p/4092239#U4092239Because with your new call back system, I am sitting here while my account is being hacked and EA is not available to help that.
