Hello, pls, help me if possible. Amazon support told me that it is on EA side to solve my problem. My usual ping in NHL is 37-39, some weeks ago it was 32-33. I've made tracert command in CMD, and it shows me that on two servers, that are on one pool of adresses, are some problems, that costs me nearly 10ms. They are on 3d and 4th steps at tracerout. If to believe Amazon support, EA own that servers. And that is question, can you make something with them? Cause difference is nearly 10-11 ms on the same pool of adresses.

I have wired connection and it is directly connected to PlayStation. I don't use router, so there's can't be packet loss in my router. Ok, I'll run test again, and will post results here in 2 hours, when will be back home.

@AlexZhgulev In that case, the problem could be with your equipment. You shouldn't be having packet loss to the modem. Do you have another ethernet cord? It would be good to make sure there are no issues with it.

The 3rd and 4th hops are not on our network. You've got packet loss to your router. I assume this test was run on a wireless connection? Are you also playing on a wireless connection? It would also be good to see the test run again with 100 packets sent this time as well as a full screenshot showing all the results.

Ups, I'll check packet loss! Thx, but the main problem is on 3 and 4 hops :-/

I'm not sure what Ups is. At any rate, you should be using one of the IPs listed here in the UO Trace instructions. Our hops are normally the last 3 that begin with 159.

I don't know real address of North European server in NHL 21, that's why I tried some months ago to check all connection while playing nhl game with help of keenetic extra. And there was that adress 🙂 and it is located in Stockholm. That's why i decide that it is server adress!)
