Hey @gold-dolphinn, have you gotten your packs at this point?
I have not received mine ether I have received 3. 2 for deluxe edition and 1 for returning user but not the 10 pre order packs.

Please see the following post for info on pre-order packs. Please also note that the 10 HUT packs are only available to players who have purchased a digital download version. The article details which SKUs provide what and when.

Digital Download offer for NHL 15 owners:
NHL 15 owners who pre-order NHL 16 from the PlayStation Store or Xbox Games Store receive 10 HUT Gold Packs upon signing in to HUT.
- You will receive all 10 Gold Packs when you sign in to HUT on NHL 16.
- You must log in to NHL 15 before September 15, 2015 using a Gamertag or PSN Online ID connected to the same EA Account that you use to sign in to HUT in NHL 16.

@EA_Barry I have the same issue. I played NHL 15 and preordered NHL 16 on Xbox Live so that I would get the 10 bonus packs on startup.
I got the returning user bonus (one pack) but did not get the 10 packs. I contacted EA help and they said is was a known issue and would be sorted out that night. This was 2 days ago. Would love to see this resolved.as otherwise I would have done a different preorder.

I'm am golddolphin on a different account, no i haven't got them yet.

If you are certain that you are missing packs after consulting this page then contact an Advisor as below, they can check the SKU you have purchased and will be able to advise you.

As I already have done that and have had my problem addressed after a couple days

I have consulted and checked and checked this issue with the technical team and they have informed me that some of our players are also reporting the same issue to us, so this is a temporary issue to us but the good news is that our developers have started burning their midnight oil in resolving the bug.
after you chat with them they will email you with the information needed to provide you the pre order offer
