And Ea Help says "no fix available". What follows this?

I sent a case to Ea Help, I still didn't get a response but it says it's "no fix avalaible". What follows this?

    Hey @Rorss99,

    It looks like after your live chat with support, they had sent your case along but were unable to make any additional changes with the information provided.

    We're unable to review or discuss any account details or changes on the forums, but if you still need to change any account details please reach back out to speak with support again so they can take another look at the account with you. 

  • @EA_Mako Can I take a picture using my Xbox series s browser to provide proper descriptions of proof of purchase and account information since I can't access a computer and I tried going to a library earlier today and couldn't properly screenshot the page due to it being a public library PC I had to use the snip tool which kept closing the top right corner info you guys needed cause I'm sick and tired of this run around of everything and want my issue resolved

    For me they have done the same thing, open case - no fix available. I purchased fifa points that never showed up in my account and it is impossible to get in contact for help - robbery
