Apex Legends - Account got Hacked and got Permanent Banned.

Question

i just realize yesterday my account got banned and i got clueless what is happening. i never use hacking software. The only third party software that i use is RTSS for benchmarking. but then i take a look on apex tracker and i found someone using my account which by that time i didnt play.

i already email to EA and today i received email that said my account got permenantly banned. Damn my 900 hours account got banned for something i did not do which got me really upset.

is there any chances i can get my acc back?

already done 2FA and hope can get my acc unbanned. already 900 hour on that acc&nbsp;
