https://help.ea.com/ cases and live chat broken
After logging in to my account at https://help.ea.com I can create a case, but the only option is for a live chat.
It creates a case, and shows me a case number and summary, but the live chat popup never appears, even in an incognito Chrome or Edge browser with no add-ons.
I have case numbers, but "My Cases" still says I don't have any cases.
The web site is apparently just broken, so how can I contact anyone at EA?
