https://help.ea.com/ cases and live chat broken

After logging in to my account at https://help.ea.com I can create a case, but the only option is for a live chat.

It creates a case, and shows me a case number and summary, but the live chat popup never appears, even in an incognito Chrome or Edge browser with no add-ons.

I have case numbers, but "My Cases" still says I don't have any cases.

The web site is apparently just broken, so how can I contact anyone at EA?

    Hey @WarriorKiKI I'm not seeing other reports of this and when I tested it yesterday it was working as it should be, can you ensure that nothing on your system is blocking it, this includes your anti-virus and firewall. 

    If you can try on another connection to see if you have the same issue that would be great.

  • I switched to tethering to my cellphone, logged in to my account at https://help.ea.com/ and asked for a live chat. It created issue #935873584 but "My Cases" still says "You currently do not have any cases with us" and there was no popup window.
