Origin saying my password is wrong

hi, I'm trying to install the Origin helper tool and it keeps telling me that my password is wrong, I've reset my password but it still says that it is wrong.

I've even tried the Origin reset but it still tells me that my password is wrong. do you know how I can fix this?
