Just checked, don't have two-factor authentication enabled. No updates available for my Mac, apparently. The app is still not working unfortunately.

Whether you can install Big Sur will depend on the model Mac you have, but Catalina will definitely run on any 2013 Mac. And Big Sur looks different, so if you don't like that new layout, stick with Catalina, which is new enough for the EA App.
