I'm trying all day to open the Origin app to install The Sims 4 on my Mac. I keep receiving the message that it encountered an issue loading the page. I've already tried to disconnect the app and reload, uninstalled it and downloaded a new app, and reinstalled it, but it did not work.

You did save me today. I had already talked with 2 EA customer support representatives, and neither of them managed to help me.

@sjcras If you've enabled two-factor authentication on your EA account, please disable it and reset Origin again.

And how? Do I just search Origin for Mac, and take the one from EA?

@magabdk Try disabling two-factor authentication on your account. Go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Security, and disable login verification. Then reset Origin:

I've got Origin to sort of work again. Its just really slow when downloading the sims, I don't remember if it has always been this slow..
