    @miabarney

    Thanks. Your Mac won’t have been running Legacy ever because it supports Metal.

    Where did you purchase your Packs from if not through Origin? Did you previously redeem them in Origin?

    And you are logged into the same Origin/EA account you redeemed the codes through?

    Wherever your game is installed to, do you have a Sims 4 base game app and a folder called Sims 4 Packs?

    Hiya,

    Origin changed all my expansion packs to my new account about a year and a half ago as i no longer have access to the old account - the email address does not exist.

    I have the base game app but no folder.

    Thank you!

    If you don’t have a Sims 4 Packs folder the game hasn’t properly installed. In Origin, if the packs you know you purchased are showing in your Origin games library under extras as purchased, you should be able to download them. If they aren’t then you aren’t logged into the correct account or the packs weren’t properly transferred over to your new account. If the latter, you need to contact EA Customer Support as it is an entitlement issue which cannot be solved here on the forums.

    Moving this thread to the Origin forum.

    Hiya,

    I've actually found the Sims 4 Packs folder now but they still aren't in my game - do you have any suggestions?

    Can you post a screenshot showing the base game and Sims 4 Packs in Finder.

    And a screenshot showing your Origin game library location.

    And a screenshot showing one of your packs under the base game in Origin.

    Hiya,

    Is this okay?

    No but it helps. Your Sims 4 Packs folder should be in the same location as the base game app. Yours isn’t. Wherever your base game is, move that Sims 4 Packs folder to the same location.
