When i entered a product code for the Sims 4 high school year dlc, it told me to download it from the EA app, i went there logged in. Nothing happened. I tried entering it again but it's already been used by me. What do i do? I am certain its the account I use for Sims 4, and certain that i bought the dlc.

Community ManagerSince Steam is not yet integrated, Realm of Magic won't work for you just yet. Once Steam is fully integrated, you'll have access to all your DLC and the base game.
my high school year is the one i complained about and purchased through an origin code. thats the dlc i had a problem with. On steam i have the realm of magic dlc.

Community ManagerThat's correct, playing through Origin or the EA App should allow you to use the DLC and your save data instead of playing through Steam.
