The Sims 4 is missing from my game library on Origin

I'm not sure if anyone has the answer, but I'm going to try anyway. I bought the Sims 4 digital deluxe back in 2018 and haven't played it in a while. When i logged back on to Origin recently, it was not in my game library. I have the confirmation email and the order number, however there is no product code in the email. Is there any way for me to get my game back?

    Hey @globaltxy,

    This purchase not appearing in your order history would suggest you may have multiple accounts. Order history would not be wiped just because you haven't played in a while, so this should still be available - we'd just need to figure out which account that was registered on originally.

    Additionally, you mentioned you had purchased this back in 2018, but the account you're posting with wasn't created until a few years later, actually. So there's definitely another account out there where that purchase was made.

    Do you recall any other emails or accounts you may have used in the past? I'd suggest trying to log in using any other emails you recall to see if there's an associated EA account.

    If you can't recall or no longer have access to another account, it would be best to contact support directly so they can try to help track down the right account with you. I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to make any changes or discuss account details on the forums as they're publicly visible to everyone.

  • @globaltxy  Are you on an older Mac and still using Origin, or on a newer Mac or a Windows PC and using the EA App?  If you login to ea.com with this account and open Account Settings > Order History, do you see your order listed?

    I'm on an older Mac using Origin. And no, it's not in my Order History either, which I don't understand.
