What freaking support team are you referring to? You guys don't have one that's what we're complaining about!
My account got hacked and as a result of it I'm banned from all ea games without my knowledge. I bought bf6 and now can't even play it. This is robbery this needs to be looked at. Where are the humans? Why are we waiting to chat to unhelpful bots instead of someone real?
I'm the same bought Battlefield 6 but EA account was hacked, now banned from all EA games. Send them the details, Waste of time waiting on the chat help as nobody ever answers that. Useless

Same exact situation man. Pay full price for a game I've been WAITING FOR and can't even play it. I don't even play games that much any more which makes that much more frustrating
