Circus level it takes two

Hello,

I'm playing It Takes Two with my girlfriend, but when I get to the beginning of the Circus level, the ball that's supposed to fall into the rail refuses to move. I've tried everything: repairing the game, uninstalling, and restarting the previous level, but without success each time. Do you have any ideas to solve the problem?

For info i playing on the ea luncher and my girlfriend use the friends pass (I tried it locally and the issue is the same)
