Connection lost issue during matches

Since Saturday, I’ve been having a recurring problem: in the middle of matches, the game shows a message saying I lost connection, freezes for about half a second, and then crashes or disconnects.

It’s impossible for this to be an internet issue because my connection is stable. I’ve already tried several fixes, including deleting the files in the App Data folder, verifying the integrity of the game files multiple times, and nothing has worked.

I’ve also attached a screenshot from your website showing the quality of my connection, to confirm that the issue isn’t on my end.
