Hello EA, So Listen closely because this could change your lives So basically You should add A Referee Career And a board career i think you would have enough time from your own perspective since the game is releasing in 1 month but you should add these features I swear this could literally get you tons of engagement and people might actually enjoy your game since they are hating on it you could earn money try to add this features you will be successful.

Community ManagerY'all are actually the best and also I have one more request you should add free messaging you can communicate with the board as a manager and communicate with your players in Manager Career Mode and one final thing is that I thank the team for their hard work even though GTA 6 is around the corner I will always play your games thank you.
