Fight Night Champion XBOX server error online game

Hello, there is a major SERVER PROBLEM on FIGHT NIGHT CHAMPION. It is impossible to start an online game. Once the opponent is found and the loading is complete, the connection is instantly cut off and has been for almost a week. Can you restart the server please.
