How redownload the full spore game

If you had previously registered Spore with Origin, you can just open your Origin client and under MY GAMES you will find Spore. Select the game and you will find the download option next to DETAILS.

If you have your registration key and play on a PC you can register your game on Origin and re-download it from there.

Hi EA,

My game is a far distance away from me at my parents'. I have registered my game, and it is shown associated as an account under Origin. However, it is not showing up under the "My Games" section. I downloaded the trial creature creator and was able to login, however when I tried to click the Spore game it gave me an error. No specified error number though. This is really distressing me, as I purchased the collector's edition and I DO NOT want to pay for a game again, after it was already purchased and registered back in 2008 I believe. I am a longstanding customer, please assist me on this matter. I submitted a ticket, have taken multiple screenshots if you require them, and can verify my identity if need be. Please resolve this matter promptly, thank you.

Older games like Spore (physical copy) cannot be redeem directly through Origin.

1. Make sure you are logged in with your Origin ID
2. Choose your country (take a look right side upper navigation groin)
3. Press the orange button below right side "Contact us"
4. Follow the steps
