Incorrect Pack Contents in NHL 26

I redeemed a Elite NHL Alumni Players Pack from the Superstar Origins Gem Exchange today and the pack contents say we would be receiving 15 Alumni players with at least 3 84+ OVR guaranteed. When I opened the pack I actually only received 12 Alumni cards and 3 Marquee cards which of course happened to be the 3 guaranteed 84+ OVR as well. Seeing as I am trying to get icons for my team this was very disappointing to not get the high OVR Alumni players and instead receive Marquee. I've attached a recording of the opening for review. Would like to get my 3 84+ Alumni cards replaced.
