issuses with login in

so i have been having issuses with loging in , it keeps repeating" An error occurred while connecting to the spore server. Your computer may be offline or your internet connection may be experiencing problems. Check your internet connection or visit spore.com for help or server status." --- i have reset my password serval times , shut down my computer and back on , on the site here there is no problem in login in ,  but in the game i keep getting kicked out  with that error notification--- what is happening ??
