I've never been able to log into Spore
I have an EA account but every time I've tried to register a spore account in game it says there's no record of my account in the system. As a result I've never been able to register a Spore account...

Did you fix that issue? I had buy again the origin version of spore and saw the same thing as you, i can't log in
