I can't speak for EA, and I have no insider knowledge, but I believe odds of that happening are very low. Live service games reach an end of life at some point, but there's also the added difficulty of licensing. EA made the game for Universal Studios, so it's possible EA can't make a decision to revive the game without Universal's approval. (But again, I don't speak for EA and don't know anything about their licensing agreement.)
There was also disappointment over the closing of The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It's just a sad reality that games like that don't last forever, which is why there have been more discussions recently about conserving video games. Sometimes fans revive discarded games themselves, but those methods are probably not legitimate, and I don't think someone has done anything like that for Minions Paradise.
