Mirror's Edge

Hi! I'm trying to install and play my Retail DVD copy of Mirror's Edge on my Windows 11 PC. It appears to install correctly however I was never prompted for my Product Key. When I attempt to launch the game, I receive the message:

The game can't start
The license limit for this product has been reached. Please visit http://support.ea.com to Contact EA Support for further assistance.

I've tried visiting that page, but the AI chat box is useless and I can not find a way to actually chat/ talk to a real human being about this issue.
