My sims mobile have bug

this seems to be happening to a few people, I know in my case I have the game in both my iPad and my iPhone and in both user IDs I am encountering the same issue. 

hope EA fix this game soon. My week's work and a lot of my dollars.(T_T)

Happening to me too. Won’t be able to finish the event as now on the last try and running out of time. Two prizes it won’t unlock after days of trying . Only stupid balloons. You better sort this and give us our prizes or compensation! Bad enough the game is no longer being developed or supported. You know, this, and your rubbish customer service, is what stops me from investing in any other EA sims game. Now fix the bug!
