NCAA 26 bug.Could anybody help me if you don’t mind.

Not sure if this has happen to you with this game. So I’m not a big gamer like that lol but I’m trying to play NCAA 26 on my Pc I'm on that Xbox game pass. But on Road to glory I’m a RB2 and when i go to get subbed in and pick my play it just shows on my screen that I’m not in the game. It just shows like I’m watching the game. And it won’t let me play. Any help would be great to solve this. Thank you and have a great day be safe.
