No access to play

 I wanted to check in with you. How have you gotten on since? 

If you're still running into issues playing your game, could you share a bit more about the issue? It would be good to know what game you're trying to play, and what device you're playing from (like an Xbox, or PC, for example). Are you seeing an error message pop up?
