Online issue

I recently dug up Spore and installed it in my new computer. The installation went fine but then when I tried to connect online it wouldn't let me connect. When I first owned Spore I connected online with a different password, email and username so I didn't know how to connect. Now when I try to connect when the game begins I put in my origin account info it says it's verifying or something, then "We will link this installation of Spore to your Spore.com account" pops up, I click "OK" then "Login Failed- The code for this installation is invalid and cannot be used to link this product to your account." pops up. I click the checkmark try to login again and this pops up "Login Failed- You do not have the proper Spore.com privileges to use this products online features." To me it sounds like it won't let me in because I'm trying to use a different online account but i dont know. I really wanna play online again so is there any way to fix this?
