Spore activation code not arrived yet

I ordered Spore and the Galactic adventures expansion pack this morning and haven't yet been given an activation code or even confirmation email for spore so I can't install either of them. I've got proof of purchase via my order history which and sent a picture of if necessary so could I please get a confirmation email and activation code sent to me?
