Spore DLC's are not redeemable in EA

I bought Spore and it's DLC's from steam but can't get access to my CD keys to redeem in EA store. I did got help for Spore base game and it is now activated in my EA account. But DLC's unfortunately are still not activated.

Also I am having trouble using Bot Parts Pack DLC online, it was an promotional one that can be earned from can of Dr. Pepper during 2010. However since then the Spore Bot Parts files are officially made public and I downloaded them. But I can't use them online unless I have a badge for it on my spore profile, is there a way to get that badge so I can use them in online play?

I do have proof of purchase for Spore and it's DLC's. I'm including that as a screenshot, there is also confirmation e-mail however I don't feel like putting that in a forum since it contains my billing address.
