Spore Error Connecting to servers

I purchased spore and all the dlc on steam but cannot login to my ea account on the spore app. They are both linked, and NOWHERE on your support page is there a spot to talk to a real person or to submit a ticket, where can I connect to someone to submit my proof of purchase and get it working properly
