Spore for Mac: BLack Screen on loading, can see mouse

Hello, I tried the fix, changin 0 to 1, in my case, though, it just did not make any difference. I get the starting window, then it quietly disappear, and the game crashes on start, every time

    Same here. OS-X 10.9.2 here.
