@Kyle_NecrowolfDang, I wish I'd known this yesterday when I bought Spore on Steam. It was on sale for under $4, so I wanted to get it, as I'd been wanting it for years, and didn't know it was originally an Origin game. I don't think I got a CD Key when I bought it either, so guess I'll have to go look on the EA app store and see how much spore is there.
Edit: It's $20 on EA, wth... I even bought the DLCs for it on Steam yesterday. Guess I'll try to figure out how to contact support.

My online functions never worked, but honestly it just gives access to stuff other users have created, so I'm not too miffed about it anymore. What annoyed me the most was that support was absolutely no help at all. Kept telling me they couldn't verify my proof of purchase, so I said screw it and just closed the case.
