It took me two chats and about a half hour to get them to add the game to my EA account. At first they accused me of providing edited screenshots, even though I send them the email receipt, web receipt screenshot, and Recent Purchases screenshot which looked exactly like the example they have in the docs here: https://help.ea.com/in/help/account/how-to-provide-proof-of-purchase/
But now I can get in and play the game as intended.
yeah. I fought for like an hour with the bot, sent it a ton of different variations of the 2 examples in the link it sent, and it still failed to read pixels on a png properly. god, it's infuriating.
