Subject: Request for Assistance – A Way Out Friend Pass Activation Errors

Hello EA Support,

I am contacting you to request assistance with an activation issue affecting A Way Out – Friend Pass.

I do not own the full game. I am trying to play through the Friend Pass after accepting an invitation from a friend. However, when launching the game through the EA app, I encountered the following two error messages:

“Too many computers have accessed this account’s version of A Way Out - Friend Pass recently. Please try again later.”

“We are unable to connect to EA servers to activate A Way Out - Friend Pass on this computer using your account. Please try again later.”

I understand that EA may enforce limits on game activations. I am simply trying to use the Friend Pass legitimately to play with my friend, and I am not attempting to bypass any licensing or authorization requirements.

I can provide screenshots of both error messages and any additional information needed to investigate the issue.

Could you please investigate the underlying cause and advise me on the appropriate solution?
