What to do if I've used parts mods?

Hello. I wanted to get back into Spore, but in the past I have utilized parts from the betterspore mod.

I've reread the EULA for spore and it says in section 2A "You may use only the assets supplied with the Software and the Spore Creature Creator to create Spore creatures and related assets. You may not further modify Spore creatures with any other materials, tools, or software programs".

Later on in section 6, it says, "...Your rights under this License will terminate immediately and automatically without any notice from EA if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this License. Promptly upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control..."

What should I do? 

Is there a way to destroy all my current copies, un-buy the game, and re-buy the game?

Does EA even care?

I'm unsure of what to do.
