Dirt5 needs to get fixed once again..

The game is offline on all platforms, since yesterday afternoon already. Can we get an update on if this is already known to you and on when we can expect to play our game again.

Hope it doesn’t take 3 weeks again like last time. We are still a very active community and the game is still on sale in de PS store. So it would be nice if it’s treated like that.

If this would happen to FIFA or one of EA’s other cash cows it would be solved in an hour and everyone would receive the patch notes. 

On Dirt5 I’m seriously wondering if someone is even looking at this game and all the errors submitted.

Ok complained enough. Would be really helpful if you can get us an estimate so we know when we can expect to play again.

    I agree, it's way past time this game was fixed once and for all. Everything about it is glitchy and has been from day one. If it's still on sale, U have an obligation to make sure it's playable,which at the moment is non existent as the game won't load past the title screen, often logging me out of my ps4 at the same time.

    Our racing community demands you do better for us !!!

    This is the same issue we just faced not even 5 months ago.... Plz fix the issue and plz communicate with us better this time. Last time there was terrible communication. Plz 🙏🏾 🙏🏾 🙏🏾 🥺

    I agree with both above. This is very substandard and unacceptable really. Please communicate with us and please make this situation better

    This is really sad Kriss. I don't understand how Ea can call themselves a company treating their customers like this

    The game team is investigating this issue and they might need more info to check this issue.

    • Is the whole game unplayable or just the online modes?
    • On which platforms are you playing?

    Hi Groguet,

    Yes the whole game is unplayable. There are some exceptions of people getting into main menu but being kicked out again after one public race (on their own because all the others can’t get into the main menu)

    It occurs after all the intro music etc. when you have to press x to continue into main menu. It errors out. Not at my playstation atm but we do select report error. It’s the same error code every time. It’s all simular as the time end of last year when the game was not working.

    We are all playing on playstation so not aware if pc can play. But all playstation players can’t play or open the game.

    Hi Lorenz,

    as far as I know, our fellow FrowUp plays on PC and it doesn't work on PC either.

    When the game connects to the server it crashes... when I disable internet connection and start the game, I can play offline and create at least.

    Please fix it quick, as I am addicted to this game and it affects peace at home when I don't get my daily dose of dirt5... honestly, last fix took weeks too long guys!

    Hi groguet, is there any chance they could fix all the glitches in the game too please. The sound issues when playing playgrounds for more than 20 mins is my main annoyance, the sound deteriorates until it's a total mess and the the game crashes out. 

    Surely your team wants the game to work properly for all the people that have bought it 🧐
