Re: DLC Cars not showing up as available to purchase in Garage

This whole thing is so frustrating! We can’t fully use what we paid for and somehow they get away with it. And They are still selling it,  It’s literally a scam at this point

I left a one star review on the xbox store page of the standard game explaining the issue. (Can’t post it on the GOTY edition since I don’t have it)

EA Refuse to fix it microsoft refuse to acknowledge it typical 

And EA saying « try buying the steam version instead » is the worst solution I’ve ever heard 😅.  Toyota doesn’t tell me to buy another model when there is something wrong with my car, they actually try to fix it.

Ho and treating a 5 yo game like a 20yo game just shows how the industry works nowadays.

I have the same problem with GOTY on Xbox. 100% of the game achievements now unobtainable due to this, cause Kit Car achievements can't be unlocked. Funny thing that if you try to join online race then you'll see icon badge with D4+ and in My Team mode it shows default badge. Definitely problem on EA end like it was with Autolog in NFS The Run. Maybe certificates ended and that is why server can't recognize that all content is unlocked?

*tried everything, reset all, reset racenet, make new racenet account, check if Xbox linked, reinstall it multiple times.

Having the exact same issue. I have also tried everything. Someone suggested installing all the DLC individually which I started doing and it didn't work so I didn't bother installing the last 40 packs individually as it's a waste of time. I also think it has to do with the certificates. Opened multiple tickets and still haven't gotten a response back. I think if enough of us message the higher ups at codemasters we have a better chance at getting this resolved, only community manager I'm aware of is @PJTierneyCM who I've already messaged. I still have a small amount of hope for this to get fixed before the game is inevitably de listed from the store lol 

@Shaadum59 oh absolutely let’s see if we can get the community together and get this on their radar for them to fix it once and for all. I’ll just keep opening tickets, I’ve tagged the community managers on Reddit as well

Got a response from PJ Tierney on Reddit saying it's at least been passed on to them team, but no response from them as of yet. @EA_Groguet can you pass this along as well?

At least we are getting somewhere, EA support have been useless, responded with contact PSN even though I said it's Xbox then reply with we understand you want to deactivate your account. Not impressed with the quality of service I received 

I haven't had too much success with the EA Support email tickets either, lots of back and forth so far without a resolution. At least Codemasters knows about the issue now though and bare minimum we should have a response and some sort of work around relatively soon I hope. I think as long as we keep updating this thread and making it heard it'll work out in the end

That's so frustrating, basically just a middle finger to anyone who bought the game instead of trying to fix it. I'll post here if I get the same "resolution" from them. My PC can barely run Windows XP pinball so buying this on steam is impossible lol I still believe this is on codemasters end with how racenet recognizes the DLC. Idk maybe I have too much false hope

Yea and because of how old the game is Ms won't give a refund, might be time for someone to take responsibility and fix the bug

I saw that too. I didn't want to bring any updates as my information is not 100% sure, but it looks like it might have been an issue with the store. The team keeps checking on that and as soon as I know something else I will let you know.

Now that the problem seems to have spread to the console version, is there any chance that a resolution will be proposed for both versions (Xbox console & Microsoft store PC)?

Can you by request change value in database and give access to the content for those accounts?

Classic EA. Never forget them The Run with something similar. A lot of great games were graved.

Still I hope that Codemasters will include into this
