Real Racing 3, app won't open

"Realracing3" crashes immediately after launching and returns to the standby screen. On some devices, a message appears saying "there is a bug" and prompts you to delete the cache, but deleting the cache and restarting the device does nothing.

Still no news yet ? They said they were working on fixing it but that was more than 8 hours ago 

I wanted to ask as EA as a thank you to the games loyal players that have spent a lot of money on the game over the years, if they could unlock all the cars with all upgrades to the highest level as well as turn all cars VIP. So, we can make the most of the game before they turn it off. This won't come at any loss to them as they have removed the game from the platform so no money can be spent. This would go a long way to saying thank you to their loyal customers. But instead it seems they can't even honour their own shut off date. The game opened and allowed me me to get the dally free coins at about 00:10 GMT but when I tried to go back on the app about an hour later, but the bug had taken hold.
