RR3 multi-player gets to starting grid, but won't start the race

im using iphone 14 
thought it was apple game center issue but apparently its not i guess
i got rating up till 1009 and now the game is forcing me to forfeit, which made me bleed till 900

i tried deleting the app and re installing it, tried reinstalling the contents but it doesnt work

dont expect from EA customer services tho,
i lost times and gold in particular events due to the stupid bug in the game but they refused to fix the issue or even listen
