Since the latest update in Real Racing 3 (season 7) my Google account doesn't synchronise with RR3. It shows that I completed the weekly time trial but doesn't show my progress in the overview. Also I can only compete as "guest" in the online tournament.
Надо подождать выхода или нового обновления или патча. Если они работают над ошибкой, проблема кроется только в том, когда они её исправят. В игру можно играть и сейчас, просто функционал будет урезан. Если игра сохраняется в облаке, то по факту у тебя меньше возможности добывать золото и она теряет соревновательный эффект. Можно сконцентрироваться на открытии машин и серий. Хорошо что она не онлайн, а то было бы ещё печальнее. 563 уровень в игре.
I've played this game for over 2 years, over level 120. It's a shame that I can no longer play it after all of that. I'm not starting over. If they don't fix this **bleep**, I'm out.

Спасибо за информацию. При обращении в техподдержку они ничего не сообщили по поводу этой ошибки и что они работают по ней. Будем ждать исправления этогй ошибки.
June 11, 2025 I received a reply from EA Help. They are working to fix this problem. It would be nice if they had let players know sooner but at least now I can quit scouring the internet for another fix to try. lol
"I have reviewed your case & perceive that you are facing issue with being logged in as "Guest" users in game. Please let me share that we are receiving similar contacts and many of the players are facing the same issue. Good thing is that this has been brought into the notice of Studio Team and they are diligently working to fix it as soon as possible. I would request you to wait for some time till this gets through. I know nobody likes to wait, however rest assured the team is actively working on it and the issue is being addressed on priority."
У меня синхронизация не работает со времени выхода последнего обновления. Возникла та же проблема, как описана выше. Все пути решения перепробовал, ничего не помогло. Похоже, какой-то баг в игре. Без патча не обойтись.
There isn't a 'register' button.
Try starting the game troughPlay Games and when you get into the game try doing a weekly time trial and see if it logs in.
Try opening the game through Play games, and when you get inside the game try to do a time trial.
When it asks you to login chose the option "register".
See if it logins with your account.
Google Play had an update today and I was hoping that would fix the problem as it is related to Play Games. Unfortunately I still cannot sign into Real Racing 3 once the game starts even when the welcome message shows my username. This is so frustrating.
