3-click players in PGA Tour

settings/gameplay go down to power boost & spin control..

"allows you to apply extra spin while ball is in the air via the swing stick.."

3-click tourneys in pro, tour or scratch are needed. old style, more realistic which was the goal in TW99 & early games (with course design).

No interest in playing against a "controller" that can alter ball flight AFTER swinging, nothing realistic there EA.

To be fair you have a "free" to enter tournament for swingers only. You should have a free to enter tournament for three clickers only. And they can't figure out why people think it's unfair.

If you read my entire post and didn't stop after the initial sentence as quoted, you'd probably have notice that i'm on your side. 

All i said with that sentence was "pls don't mix analog and 3 click players", then i went on and wrote that if sufficient number of players utilize the 3 click mechanic, it would be an option to, quote: "give full support for 3 click players with their own tournament section", and that would obviously include a free daily even though i didn't explicitly write that.

Also i took the freedom to put your reply to that quoted sentence of mine where it belongs, so that it doesn't look like i wrote that 1 sentence and replied to it myself, with an empty reply on your end.

Finally, sorry for the late reply, still rooting for your cause.

If a costumer want something the business should provide it if they want to succeed, Granted there is always somebody wont be happy its a delicate balance but try they must. IMHO

I truly feel for you 3-click and those wanting to use a mouse.

However I think you need to consider that when they designed this game I believe it was intended to be played only with a joystick. I'm not saying this wasn't short sighted, but this was how the game was conceived to be played.

The 3-click was an after thought because a small vocal group lobbied for it. But as you can see not much has been done to include this segment to all parts of the game.

They didn't have to include 3-click but they did. Mouse access may become available at some point but I wouldn't expect it anytime soon. 

They have many areas in the game to address if this franchise is going to survive... and I think their focus is currently elsewhere.

For all we know they may be thinking they bit off more than they could chew and are figuring out how to gracefully put this franchise back on the shelf.

In the end EA built a product, we can choose to play it as it is or not. We shouldn't expect them to change it to cater to our wants and desires.

I know I am probably the worst here, I'm really not bashing the game but offering suggestions and my personal insights on how they could improve on the current model.

To be honest I'm more disappointed in what was released than anything else which is why it sounds like I'm venting.

The game needs to add mouse swing in order to win back a lot of PC gamers. It's beyond frustrating to see EA release the game for the PC and not have the ability to swing with your mouse which provides a much better gameplay that feels so much more rewarding when you hit a perfect shot. Clicking 3 times or pulling a controller stick back and pushing it forward does nothing for me. 

@EA_Illium That's really not much info and it doesn't raise the expectation that there will be any changes in the future, sadly. 

I see that you have many problems with the game in general, but 3-clickers have paid for the game as well as the other gamers. 

What about equal treatment?

And that's exactly why I won't be buying this game.
