Bought Puma Shoes, Didn’t Get Shoes

Summarize your bug I bought the Puma Ignite Articulate - White/Archive Green/Yellow Burst sneakers, says owned underneath. When I go to my player to put them on, the Pumas aren’t there. Also, pre-sale…the game doesn’t demo the shoe so you can see what it looks like. None of the Puma shoes.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy the shoes or try to demo them.
What happens when the bug occurs? You don’t get the shoe when purchased or shoe doesn’t show when trying to demo them.
What do you expect to see? The shoes in my available shoes or the shoe on my foot during demo.
