If you are go into the challenge,
make sure the logo for shot type is on drive,
then get the shortest club you can reach the fairway with and try it.

But that is really laughable. I did challenge with a much higher risk when I tried it with advanced drives and straight drives with much longer clubs and coudn't get any stars.
And with your advice and without any risk i made it. That's really ridiculous.
If I wouldn't want the TaylorMade hybrid so much I would have lleft this challenge alone long ago.

I am glad it worked. This can be done on any challenge that does not specify the Driver itself has to be used. Even the shot shaping ones.
Crazy that these challenges are still bugged even with the latest big update.

Even though the counter may show the first shot not being in the fairway (0 of 5), when you complete all 5 shots using this method - I used a 9 iron on Drive - it will complete the challenge.
This worked, thank you! Crazy they haven't fixed this to work properly yet.
